From what I can tell, Traveline is available for the whole of the UK! Try the URL http://www.traveline.org.uk/ ? As you say, useful site!

They do have bits for all over the country, but the East Anglia journey planner (the only one other than the NW that I tried) is nowhere near as useful as the North-West one.
